on tuesday 15th of Aug which is actually yesterday i participated in this telematch thingy. it's actually Cip but i didnt expect it to be so fun. truthfully speaking, this is one of the best CIp activity thati've ever took part.

on that day itself we get to leave school at 12.15PM! shoik! that day my lesson ends at 4.15pm. imagine the joy i felt. But unfortunately me n my fren, K were late because although we are supposed to be released at 11.35am but in order not to miss the phy lesson which ends at 12.10pm, we attended it. and my dear phy teacher released us at exactly 12.15pm (the bell rangs at about that time and he only respond to it). And so K n me were late for about 10mins.when we finally reach the bus bay (meeting place),to our horror, everyone have boarded the bus, including the teachers and they are waiting for us. Luckily everybody were so kind they never blame us. i was quite embarrassed btw. And so we set off happily to eunos primary school.

yea the telematch involves playing games at different stations with primary school kids.There are also secondary sch students.7 pri schools and 4 sec schs took part and each sch sends about 10 kids to form a team, there are ppl called "team facilitators" ie the volunteers to guide them along the way. so me and K are assigned with guiding the eunos pri sch team, which consist of 5 boys n 5 girls, all pri 4 kids. you can imagine the shock i felt initially when i saw how the boys play among themselves. they like to climb onto each other and also fight among themselves. they treat almost everything they had on them as balls etc and then played "catch the ball" all over the place. me n K could do nothing at all. with much effort, we managed to brief them about the activities of the day and taught them a cheer they are supposed to know. From my observation, my team is the one with the most playful/active boys of all.

And so the telematch started adter a short "opening ceremony" which includes some performances like indian dances,武术,singing by the sch choir. The little少林武术boys are the cutest hohoho...and guess what song they use when they make their moves--- jay chou's 霍元甲! so cooL... the effect:cool+cute= extremely adorable!! Irresistable!!

oh ya i forgot to say that this telematch 's theme is Racial Harmony. And so..the telematch really started. We fared badly at our first station, cuz they are not so united yet and the atmosphere is still not very high. plus the fact that all of us are still unfamiliar with the cheer. as the telematch continues,all of us (me included,i dunno about K) got increasingly excited, and the kids cheered louder and louder. Dispite their rather aggressive behaviours towards one another, the boys do care and cooperate eg. when this chubby n cute boy kenneth choke on water, all of them expressed their concerns for him. so sweet right? the girls are also very sweet haha.

in the end our team didnt win but never mind it's the process that is important right? hahaha. so yesterday i went home with a happy grin on my face. by the way as i wandered about in the school compound after the telematch i cant help missing my pri sch days.lol

today Mr S announced that our principal won some national day award, then he was like so happy. instead of feeling happy for her, somehow i feel a bit 冷到. i dont know why, perhaps i'm too used to seeing Mr S's stern and 不爽 face that when i see him smiling so gaily(双关语), i think he look a bit 变态，虚伪，猥亵，just to name a few impression he gave this morning. and i immediately thought of this 成语：狼狈为奸. omg. i didnt mean it. i mean, i cant control my thoughts right, they just surfaced by themselves.

that day i watch the show 有话就说, they were saying that singaporeans dont know how to smile, then there was a speaker who said 应该先回家照照镜子，看笑得好不好看. ya, very true. Mr S is better off with looking strict. dont u think so.

and, i heard that if u are late after 8am, they wont confiscate the ez link card. cuz SC off duty already i think. well, good in a way but rather illogical isnt it. reaching after 8 is more punishable than reaching at 745, no? but why reaching only a few minutes late people get their cards confiscated. zzz. quite unfair, cuz i always less than ten minutes late. next time shall make myself super late if im ever late again. but now to think of, not many days left to have the chance. wahahaha. glad that can leave this place soon.

but last time when i was in ahs, i want to graduate soon too, only to realise that there's no place like ahs when i enter vj. haiz. ahs rocks! where to find such a good school! i wonder if i'll miss vj and say vj rocks when i go to U. well, hopefully not.

Hihi. I guess everyone is probably busy studying now but its still okay to take some time off to watch some anime rite? Haha

Recently i had been watching an anime by the name of "Scrapped Princess". Its actually in my comp for the past 8 months le (dl it in december) but only recently den took some time to watch it.

This anime is about a girl name Pacifica. She was born a princess but the church had prophecised that she will bring catastrophe to the world when she turn 16. Thus right after she was born she was abandoned and left to die hence the name "Scrapped Princess". However, she was saved by a couple later and they took her in as a foster child.

15 years passed and the church managed to caught wind that Pacifica is still alive thus they dispatched some assasins to kill her. Her foster parents fended them off but was killed in the process. Since then, Pacifica, together with her foster sister and brother, had to live the lives of fugitives. This is the point where the anime really start off.

Fast forward. At one point of the story, Pacifica had amnesia and forgot that she was the Scrapped Princess that everyone is trying to hunt down. Futhermore, she was seperated from her sister and brother. But eventually, she was taken in by a man named Fulle and together, they spend their days as a normal couple doing things such as the laundry, going shopping, working etc.
Actually, Fulle used to a military assasin but had retired as he wanted a normal life. On the other hand, Pacifica who had been on the run all this while, was subconciously yearning for a normal life too. In a way, both of them managed to provide each other with this normal life they always wanted.

But later, the church manage to track her down. Fulle tried to fight against the legion that was sent to capture her but he was slained in the end. As a result Pacifica was captured and she regained her past memories soon after.

Fast forward again. Pacifica was rescued by her brother and sister later on. While searching through her clothes, she found a chip that Fulle had given her when they were living together but she could not recognise it as she had lost the memory of the chapter where she lived together with Fulle. Although she does not know what the chip was, tears began to flow out of her eyes and she burst out crying.

Ehz, maybe is my summary not good but I feel that this scene was especially sad cuz she had forgotten this person whom she loved and had died trying to protect her. I think the chip had reminded her subconciously that such a person exist in her life therefore she cried.
Actually i am not really sure as of how to interprete it but its really the most tear-jerking moment of the anime.

Other than this, there is also a dialogue that Pacifica said at some point of the story that struck me quite strongly. She said "Just having one person that supports you gives you the strength the carry on".
Quite true leh, I dunno if this following anology is fitting but I feel that if you are the only person that is late for school it become quite scary..like you dunno what will happen to you lidat. But if you got a friend that is late together, the whole thing become less scary. Haha.

Thats that. So if you got time to spent, you can watch this anime.
Btw, any response to the things i said (like if i interprete anything wrongly) are also welcomed. Haha =)

today i was late for school again. Let X represent the no. of days in a week that i am late. X~Po(1). wow my math rocks! like real.

i just spent a few more mins than usual packing my bag. n i miss a 228 by 1 min and then i see 608 leaving interchange. shouldnt have been late at all. n shouldnt SCs have some integrity? if not more. cuz that's the requirement right. to possess more morality than anyone of us normal students.

why i say this: there is a teacher who came to "bail" 4 students out cuz they called her to inform that their bus was held up by some bomb thingy at airport so it wasnt their fault that they were late. so these 4 students started to walk away. while some of us were giving our ez link cards to the sc on his duty, another grp of 4 ppl tried to move away as well, pretending that they were part of that grp of ppl who was late for a valid reason. and at least 2 of them are SCs. wth. call themselves SCs. it is already wrong that they are late. n yet they attempted to run away. luckily the teacher stopped them if not i will be so angry. some people ar. really makes you want to puke. if dont have what it takes, dont be a SC lor. so simple. if cant even respect themselves for who they are, then can't blame people for scorning them.

and then, our dear Mr Sick is also another one. set up collection times for ez link cards. 10-11, 230-3, 5-530. today i went at 230 but he is not there! so much for responsibility :) i mean, ok, he had a meeting, but so what. he didnt even ask his colleagues to help him attend to this matter. 70% of the time he is not around de. still want to hold on to our ez link cards. then his colleagues also dont dare to make any decisions. what kind of system. it is not as if we love to be late.
